Bam Blanks does not sell cut files. All cut files that Bam Blanks provides are OUR property and are sent complimentary to be used ONLY with the matching acrylic you've purchased from us.

*You may use any of the cut files you've received from us, with any of our basic shapes (Circles, Square, Hexagon, Ornament Tags, etc.)*

 

YOU MAY NOT:

-Sell our cut files (Which includes altering or taking any part of our cut file and using it to sell)

-Share our cut files (Which includes altering or taking any part of our cut file and sharing it)

-Use or Alter any part of our cut file to use on acrylic blanks, wood blanks, etc. that you've purchased from another vendor (which include your own cutting machine)

-Use our cut files to cut your own acrylic or wood

-Use our cut files to make molds

Order status inquiries: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an Email with your tracking number. The tracking number will also be attached to your Account on our website under its respective Order.

Please check the Banner at the top of our website, for status on the dates orders that we are currently shipped through! All customers are required to Read and Agree to our Shipping policy before placing their order (There is a checkbox at the bottom of the Cart screen that will NOT allow you to place your order unless it's checked)!

 

All orders are shipped Complete [(Please Note: If your order has Regular items and you've also added a Subscription box/boxes, please know that the Regular order will ship separately from the Sub Box(es)! For more information on when Sub Boxes ship out every month, please read the description in that listing)]

**Please check your package when it is received, as filing a claim through Route Insurance is Time-sensitive!**

 

If a mistake was made on our part, please reach out to us! We double-check all packages before shipment, however, we do understand that mistakes happen.

- Description of the mistake

- A photo of the paper invoice

- A photo of the mistake, or all items received to show that pieces are missing! (Customers often misidentify shapes, which may lead them to believe that the correct shape is missing! For this reason, we require photo proof)

If your order has been delivered within 5 days, we can:

  • Send the shape(s) as soon as we can.

or

  • Refund the piece(s) and add a note to your account to send with your next regular order.

If your order was delivered later than 5 days ago, we can:

  • As it's been longer than 5 days since the package was delivered, it's challenging for us to verify if the item(s) were missing when the package arrived or if it may have been misplaced afterwards. We handle these issues at our discretion and will assess each case individually. For further assistance, please reach out to us at customercare@bamblanks.com

After purchasing the acrylic blank, you will receive a complimentary zipped SVG file that matches that shape.

(Please note: Our "Decal and Acrylic sets", along with a few of our specialty shapes do not come with a cut file. The description listing will state what is included with the purchase of that particular item.)

Once you've unzipped (or extracted) the file into SVG format, you can open it in your Design Software. You can use this file as a Print and Cut image, or Ungroup it and cut it in pieces out of Vinyl, Card stock, Sticker paper, etc. 


What is an SVG?

An SVG, or Scalable Vector Graphics is an XML-based vector image format for two-dimensional graphics with support for interactivity and animation.

 

 

Log into your account on our website, scroll down to the bottom of the screen, and click the "My Digital Downloads" button.

**It is your responsibility to download the cut files and store them accordingly. If you've lost your file(s), the download link has expired because you did not download them within 6 months of your order date, or you've exceeded your download maximum, you will need to re-purchase the listing to obtain that file again. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS**

The background pieces is a reference for you. It shows you the exact size of the acrylic piece. This piece should be removed before cutting your vinyl.

𝐒𝐈𝐋𝐇𝐎𝐔𝐄𝐓𝐓𝐄 𝐔𝐒𝐄𝐑𝐒:
Please, make sure you've upgraded to at least the Designer Edition, in order to open our SVG files.

𝐂𝐑𝐈𝐂𝐔𝐓 𝐔𝐒𝐄𝐑𝐒:
Please make sure you're using this Resizing Files Guide if the file doesn't open in the correct size. 

1. Open the file in your software
2. Highlight the entire image (If it's ungrouped, please Group the image)
3. Find the longest side of the blank (Look at the Width and Height fields, and you will see which number is largest which indicates the longest side)
4. Lock your aspect ratio (this is a lock 🔒 symbol)
5. Change the measurement of the longest side to 1.5, 2, or 3 (Whichever size blank you have). The other side will automatically adjust itself.
***WE DO HAVE A FEW BLANKS THAT ARE ODD SIZED***
(EXAMPLE: Green Hand Stethoscope)
In this case, get a ruler or measuring tape and measure the acrylic to determine the longest side. Then, follow those same instructions as posted above. (If the blanks longest side measures 3.5in. Enter that into the appropriate field [Height or Width] and the other side will automatically adjust itself.)

 

If you’re receiving an error “THE UPLOADED SVG CONTAINED THE FOLLOWING ITEMS THAT ARE NOT SUPPORTED: PATTERN FILLS”, Click “OK” or “CONTINUE” and Save the file. After that, you can change the color of the pieces that had a pattern to whatever solid color you’d like.

Please email us at Customercare@bamblanks.com and we will discuss pricing and purchase minimums. Right now, we are not creating custom designs, but you are welcome to create your own or purchase an SVG from a website such as, Etsy, and we can cut acrylic to match that file.

Please keep in mind that we will not cut shapes for Copyright/Trademark files.

We are shipping out Regular/Non-Sale orders as quickly as possible. While our goal is to ship out orders no later than 1 week, we can not guarantee that timeframe at this time.

Please keep in mind that the Shipping method you choose does not include the time that it takes for us to process your order.

(For example: If you choose Priority Mail Express, your order is still subject to our processing timeframe BEFORE the Priority Mail Express timeframe from USPS begins)

Once the order is processed, it is shipped through USPS or UPS.

All orders are made and cut on-demand. Bam Blanks is a family owned and operated, true Small Business. Every single item in your order is handmade by us.

We cannot add to or combine orders.

Yes, we do. We ship USPS mail. We will need a valid phone number for all customs forms, so please be sure to add that to your account information.

How much is shipping? It depends on the weight and size of the items you order. You can add items to your cart and prior to supplying any payment information you can see the shipping cost.

 

Transit time varies for International orders.

The items we sell are cut to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please make sure that you look over the Option choices and Badge Reel size comparison photo that we have on each listing. We encourage you to review your cart before placing your order to ensure that you've selected the correct listing, acrylic type, color, and size acrylic for your project.

**If a mistake was made on your part, we may attempt to reach out to you to rectify the issue within that same day. If we do not receive a reply, we will process the order as what you paid for on your Invoice. Please make sure that you're reading through the Option choices completely. After your order is placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation which also describes what you've purchased and will be receiving. If you see that you've made a mistake, please reach out to us the same day to see if we can make changes for you. If no color choice is made for Specialty acrylic or you've chosen the incorrect specialty color for the Acrylic type that you've paid for, we will chose the color for you.**

When you purchase Route Package Protection, you can report an order issue for packages that may be lost, stolen, or damaged.

Ensure you report an issue within the respective deadlines:

  • Damaged: Within 15 days of when the package was marked delivered
  • Lost (domestic): Between 7* and 30 days from the last tracking update
  • Lost (international): Between 20* and 30 days from the last tracking update
  • Stolen: Between 5* and 15 days of when the package was marked delivered

*Route requires these wait-to-file periods for stolen and lost orders as packages are sometimes delayed in transit or prematurely marked as delivered. 

-Route does require photo proof of Damages items.
-Route may require you to file a Police Report for Stolen packages.

If you opt out of Route Protection BAM Blanks is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items!

Note: Route refunds the cost of the item(s) alone. Shipping costs, taxes, custom/duty fees, and the Route premium are not included.
