If you've lost your file(s), the download link has expired because you did not download them within 6 months of your order date, or you've exceeded your download maximum, you will need to re-purchase the listing to obtain that file again. • If your package is lost in-transit, arrives damaged, or becomes stolen once delivered - Please file a claim with Route Shipping Protection at Route Claims [You are only eligible to file a claim if you purchased Route protection with your order! This is an optional coverage that's automatically applied to your cart. If you remove this before placing your order, you will NOT have this coverage] (If you opt out of Route coverage, reach out to customer service to see if your order has USPS Insurance.
